Motivation is nonsense!
Kiyosakiego already read the book, You charged with positive energy of motivational books, but still do not know what to do in your life to achieve the planned objectives? I have advice for you: instead of looking for motivation , start working!
Motivation (with all due respect to teachers, authors and motivational speakers) in itself is nothing. I felt it the hard way. For a long time I can be excited about a topic, have ambitious plans and goals. But after a while the enthusiasm is falling, there are new, even more ambitious ideas, and old remain unrealized, ba - often not even started.
The problem of motivation lies in the fact that it is not needed to those who seek it, only to those who demand it are not aware.
People who are looking for motivation often already have high levels of automotywacji, and charging extra motivating phrases reduces the quality of their respective projects. This has been scientifically proven.
Just at some point, motivation, instead of helping, hurt. This is particularly true of large projects - for their implementation is needed (surprisingly) low level of motivation! The high should be used for little ambitious, repetitive tasks.
So what do you need the motivation of e-books and other popular sources? I see it:
If you think you have achieved anything in life that nothing else in life you do not happen that they do not deserve to be a millionaire, or that all millionaires are frauds, and the world is driven by a handful "of people holding power" of which you, the average person does not have a clue and you can not even come close to the fortunes ... invest in motivational ebooks. You must change your way of thinking.
I have long since I changed it, so I decided not to read more motivational books. Gave up even this seems to be quite valuable publication.
I decided to act.
Because action is the best way to achieve success . Even if the road were to make lots of mistakes.

Hey, it really has been scientifically proven? This is pretty good information. So again, I ask for the title of a monograph or would be testing the author's name or something like that ... and actually, the best link. Advance dzięks

Very interesting text. I think the effect is more important than motivation.

Motivation is not bad, provided that a person is motivated to "small numbers". Unfortunately, some people instead of working all day reading a dozen times the same motivational books and do not achieve anything. The best is from time to time by the hour or read a motivational book to "recharge"

Ojojku, and can first define what is the motivation for you, because otherwise everyone will think of something else entirely.
You know my opinion there is no action without desire (motivation).
It seems that articles in Wikipedia on the rights of Yerkes - Dodson read too deeply.
Review the reservation of such rights in relation to people.
Readers who do not want to look into wikipedia only say that these rights are theses-ranking based on research with rats.
So, unfortunately, say that it has been scientifically proven to be a deep misunderstanding or just persuasive abuse.

Of course I meant the "popular" motivation, the stimulation to increase internal motivation and the authors' repeated over and over again, "Oh, you all!" And, consequently, causing only a "straw enthusiasm."
Of course, there is no action without desire, but it is probably too broad a definition for the concept of "motivation".
Besides Wikipedia was not the only source from which derived my knowledge to this article. If the law Yerkes - Dodson only concern rat, is mówionoby them for higher studies?

There is some truth in this :). Therefore, training has gone from a typical motivational pumping energy, for what.
Only you know what attracted me?
A friend was on the training adviser Tony Robbins. He said that after he had such power that consultations with clients gave him much better. It lasted three months. And if it be treated as an investment?
Interesting - calculated from the ROI. He is a trip to Tony to have paid off :).
A overdo the motivational books - well, there is no why.

Nice post and true. As a complement to recommend the film Matthias Wieczorek of exactly the same subject with the same title :).
